Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
