Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ember Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
