Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cedar Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
