Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
