Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Ember Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
