Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
