Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
