Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Ember Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
