Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
