Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
