Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
