Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
