Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
