Ironwood Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
