Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Miami, FL)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
