Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
