Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Summit Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
