Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Nova Lantern Insurance Group is an insurance company in Memphis with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
