Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
