Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
