Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Union Civic Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
