Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Redstone Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
