Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
