Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
