Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Cedar Ridge Construction is a Madison contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 675 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
