Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Corner Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Madison. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
