Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
