Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Redstone Hollow Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
