Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Lumen Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
