Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Energy Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
