Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
