Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
