Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Louisville, KY)

Summit Birch Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
