Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
