Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
