Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 920 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
