Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Care Services Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
