Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Granite Financial serves customers across Little Rock with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
