Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
