Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
