Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Las Vegas with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
