Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Field Financial Group serves customers across Las Vegas with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
