Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
