Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Knoxville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
