Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
