Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
