Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Stone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Knoxville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
