Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Wren Foods Group is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
