Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
