Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Knoxville design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
